Job Description

Need to give good customer service to customers and need to be punctual and serious about work. Candidate need to be good in English speaking and communication skills. Provide better customer service and to give satisfaction to customers and build up customer relation so that no customer should dispute for something. Candidate need to be calm and attentive so that they can give good service to customer and process can run smoothly. Zomato is the process for which we required customers who are good with the above skills and got good product knowledge, issue can be regarding order, billing and delivery. So we want candidate can understand customer and provide good service so that they can be retain and give Csat which is Custer satisfaction.
