-handle Chat Process To Ensure Prompt Resolutions Of The Queries Resulting In Complete Satisfaction & Acceptance
- Providing Prompt Response To Customer�s Email Or Query Or Complaints 
-book Every Order As Per The Defined Format By Capturing All Required Details And Make Proper Record Of The Same.
-satisfy Customer By Giving Best Solution To The Query Or Request Raised By Him/her.
-can Be Act As Backup For Calling Team In Case Of Requirement.

primary Skills- Good Communication (english & Hindi), Convincing And Negotiation Skills. Should Have Fair Typing Skills
