Responsibilities and Duties
Adherence to departmental productivity standards
Additionally, Reservation Executive could be involved in offering selling competitive prices & packages
The job involves handling inbound and outbound calls of external / internal customer's pertaining to bookings, reschedulements, queries, complaint handling and facilitation over the call.
To respond on the questions about airline regulations, assisting customers on their travel plans.
Confidence and ability to handle passengers and provide only the best customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
Fresher candidate can applicable for this job.
Possess an aptitude for customer service.
Amadeus knowledge shall be an added advantage.
Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Hospitality background candidate get extra preference.
SALARY 17K to 30K approx
