As a Franchise Acquisition Specialist, you will significantly contribute to the sales team with solution and team selling strategies, client surveys and product demonstrations. Preferably, knowledge of sales in Preschool/School/Education sector and the ability to communicate and interact with prospective Franchise partner. You bring strong probing, problem solving and consultative skills to the team. You are able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices. This is a full time position that will work closely with the designated Franchise Head to support all pre-sales activities for your region(s). Responsibilities and Duties Core Functions: • Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market. • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales. • Stay up-to-date on current market trends. • Work collaboratively with the rest of sales team to assess current projections. • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers. • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition. • Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration. • Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example. • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value. Franchise Expansion: • Driving franchise fees revenue through new signups and sale of center kit. • Actively participating in franchisee lead generation, contacting the leads, follow ups, handling queries, participating in exhibitions/fairs etc. • Managing sales process cycle (identifying right franchise profile, concept selling, setting right expectations, explaining business model, explaining legal agreements, Negotiations, closing sales) • Searching for properties if required. Franchise Set-up: • Support and guide the franchise partner to set up the center as per the operations guide/manual. • Provide marketing strategy and support for the admissions. • Make sure the center is ready with complete infrastructure within given time frame. • Daily supervise and update reports to management. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. • 3+ years’ experience preferably in Preschool/School/Education sector. • Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future. • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Ability to be persuasive. • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media. • Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity.
