Critical Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achievement of yearly/ quarterly/ monthly/ branch wise sales target.
• Generating new leads, acquiring new database for tele-calling activity, conduct various campaigns for lead generation, through team
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
• Monitoring the sales team, productivity of each sales team member, training – grooming sales team
• Planning and execution of the marketing strategy to boost the sales and branding initiative for organization
• Periodical analysis and mapping of marketing expenses v/s return and share the regular updates with the senior management.
• Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
