Job description of Marketing executives for Offset Printing & Packaging. Revenue Generation: To generate business & achieve growth and hit sales targets as per the plan budget Responsible for overall profit and loss and growth achieved in the key accounts & new business development Prepare sales forecasts and action plans based on sales potential of key accounts & new business New Business Development Play an integral role in new business pitches and responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients Approaching new customer in various industrial clusters. Key Account Management Person must have good client date base in Mumbai and around Mumbai region. Responsible for developing long-term relationships with new customers. Plan and Implement marketing strategies for key accounts based on overall sales targets and budget Responsible for generating incremental revenue from the existing key account/s Develop deep understanding of customers needs and their area of operations (existing and potential) Explore opportunities to cater to customers requirements in new location, area of operation, new product launches etc. Conduct market visits to identify the existing customers needs and trends, tap their new business requirements and identify competitors activities and products Account Receivables Ensure timely collection of payment from the customers, with minimal outstanding Maintain good margins on orders Ensure the payments are collected within the ageing dates. Customer Complaints resolution, satisfaction and retention Responsible for conducting customer reviews, customer opinion surveys and develop programs to enhance the customer opinion Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Act as a strategic business partner and the bridge between the client and the organization Key Performance Area - Measurable New Business Development Sales Margin or profitability Timely Collections Customer Complaints resolution Customer satisfaction and retention
