We are having opening for Residential Marketing Executives / Business Development Executive / BD Manager:-

Punjab [1 Position] – Ludhiana





Residence Marketing Executive [at least one year of sales experience]




Working Area – Ludhiyana, chandigarh, Panchkula, Ambala & surrounding area




Own Vehicle compulsory , Having little bit/ good knowledge of IT also




With good communication skill or MBA person only preferred









Employment Type: Full Time




Working hours: 10.30 AM to 7.00 PM











1+ years of extensive experience in bringing new business / Software Projects for the company.



Particular Area Local Candidates only Preferred.



Must have at least Two Wheeler.



Extensive experience in Lead generation and maturity.



Should have experience in selling software or sales



Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills



Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships.



Should be able to handle the entire Business Development in particular region.



Able to handle all responsibilities pertaining to Business development.



Develop, implement, and manage our global business strategy.



Should be able to walk the extra mile if required to ensure business growth, self-starter and an independent thinker.












Job Responsibilities: -








Generate leads / work on provided leads / software demonstration / order closing



New Business acquisition, handling the complete sales lifecycle.



Develop and sustain effective new Business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.



The individual would develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end.



Assist in proposals, presentation preparations.



Should be ready to Travel extensively / or needed basis
