( Responsibilities and Duties )
Client Acquisition & Retention.
Identify a potential target market.
Contact prospective clients, persistently, using the telephone, email, etc.
Build relationships with potential clients, through ongoing communication.
Arrange meetings with prospective clients, to present our service offerings and value proposition.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
When it comes to generating leads, day- to- day duties typically include: Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) or forums to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
