Responsibilities and Duties-
Managing all aspects of operations of QSR & CDR Chain of McDonald’s.
Grow the business profitably through strengthening current Brands, new Product introductions, geographical expansion.
Collaborate with Promoters & Board to formulate the Growth and operational Strategy for McDonald’s.
Responsible of meeting and exceeding sales & profitability targets as well as meeting established performance metrics, New store opening target, Guest service metrics, Training, selection and retention of Operations team & Support function teams.
Ensure appropriate strategies are in place to achieve profitable, sustainable business growth & expansion of the organization.
Accountable for P&L by driving sales and profitability and ensuring smooth operations of restaurants.
Provide complete governance to support framework for running operations, redefine SOPs, Digitalisation and also development of market. Timely opening of profitable New stores in the region with real estate ? selection, rental, negotiation, modeling based outlet location, optimization.
Qualifications and Skills-
The ideal candidate would be a graduate (preferable an Engineer) along with an MBA from a recognized institute.
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
The candidate must have experience in managing multi geography and multi cultural environment.
Must have leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
