Should have knowledge of Accounting, Taxation and Compliance of ROC, SEBI, RBI, CORPORATE STRATEGY, MERGER & ACQUISITIONS etc.
Candidate should have good communication skills of English and good typing speed, knowledge of Tally and Excel is preferable.
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the MD, with Board members, Corporate Secretary, Clients, and others, on matters related to Group Companies
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverable with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters,
