Digital Fundraising Manager
This the role will be responsible for delivering online or digital fundraising strategy.
You will be identifying and developing content for all digital channels and
contribute to the team’s broader work, including digital marketing (SEO and
PPC) and social media monitoring.
Acquire donors (one time and recurring) online or through digital
platforms. By implementing various
strategies to acquire donors online and engaging online donors. Develop strategies for online fundraising
using social media. Retain online donors and convert to recurring donors.
Enable online payment options, building recurring payment models
Maintain and optimize the
fundraising content on the website, to deliver seamless donor experience that
help bring onboard new donors and engage with donors. Build and maintain new
online donation pages to support fundraising activity, including A/B testing.
Manage the tracking of digital fundraising
activity to enable full reporting and analysis. Monitor, explore and highlight
the potential impact of existing and emerging technologies, our Branding
campaigns/events and new legislation or guidelines, on fundraising and
Ensure that all
online activity is suitably measured and analyzed, and results shared. This
will include website analytics, conversion tracking, KPI reporting and A/B
testing across multiple channels. Benchmark,
track and interpret web and digital performance measures and propose
improvements, actions, and tactics across the sector.
Prior Experience in
digital marketing/fundraising function, ideally within the not-for-profit
sector. Graduates in Computers
science, Marketing / Business Administration Etc
