To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
To ensure proper staffing and scheduling of all Front Office colleagues in accordance to productivity guidelines.
Handling Check in & Check out Procedures of the guest.
To communicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift and areas of operation.
To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
To follow department policies, procedures, service standards & safety policies.
Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints.
Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival
Understand all credit procedures and ensure they are applied
Checks on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled on each cards either by Guest Relation Officers or the guests.
Required Candidate profile
o Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
o Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
o Must be guest service focused and a team player.
o Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
o Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
o Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
o Observant, discriminating and detail-oriented
