Position offered: HR Intern. Role: The role of the intern shall be building a team of goal-oriented fresher graduates and agents for Business Development by contacting and developing relationships with potential job seekers. The position requires utilizing one’s analytical skills to evaluate the candidates based on their performance, analyse the strengths of the team and coordinate at all levels for achieving the targets. Qualities preferred: Analytical, Self-motivated, Result oriented, Team working and coordination are the few qualities which are ideally preferred into our setup. Ultimately, these qualities shall lead to mutual growth of the candidate as a professional and the organisation as a whole. Responsibilities to be undertaken: • Withholding discussions with potential agents for achieving the targets • Building a team network for business development and clarify any queries in the process • Building long-term trusted relationships with agents for better business prospect. • Hiring candidates with relevant skills and monitoring them regularly to check for timely achievement of targets • Regular follow-up with the agents for the updates on the sales and resolving queries, if any • Reporting to the HR Manager on daily basis for regular updates on sales results. Number of positions available: 8 What we offer at Edumulya: 1. Certificate of completion of internship 2. Letter of Recommendation 3. The position involves a basic target of at least 20 candidates and monitoring them regularly for achieving a potential business target. The probation period shall be for 2 months, wherein the remuneration offered is a handsome percentage of 50% of the business brought in the interest of the company. 4. Opportunity of a further engagement with the organization with suitable remuneration for the meritorious candidates after the probation.
