Hello All,

We are looking for Office Admin Trainee candidates with experience (Fresher / 0-1 Year).

Candidate with excellent inter-personal and communication skills. good command over English communication (written & verbal). Self starter, with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Ms Outlook and Power point presentation. Fair idea about cafeteria management and employee Pick-up/ drop transportation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Basic knowledge about admin related activities like schedule/arrange employee pickup and drop.

Vendor management, facility management

Added advantage

Have knowledge of fire-prevention / fire-fighting systems, air-conditioners, electricals, diesel gensets, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units, Invertors, CCTV systems, access control systems, cafeteria, facility fitouts, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

Any Graduate with basic computer knowledge
