Job Descriptions:-

- Collection of payments via diff. modes, calling debtors one by one for outstanding payments,

- Keeping record of payments received & balance outstanding, sending emails to clients/debtors on weekly basis or as required for balance outstanding, maintaining status in Excel,

- Keeping track of office emails, reverting any urgent email, if required,

- Helping in fetching data via calling or emailing from client for operation team,

- Updating client about their status of work, delay in operation or any other updation basically coordination with client,

- Keeping track of due dates & following instructions of boss for getting urgent work done from operation team or reminding team to make sure completion of work on time,

- New agreements made with new clients, getting it signed from client & keeping record in office & on email,

- Admin work starting from purchases of petty items, maintaining record of cheques received & paid, making sure office assets & other equipments are in workable state e.g. all PC's are working properly, getting repaired a PC if required,

- Taking feedback from clients for our work, informing boss abt suggestions from clients, taking actions or informing seniors about complaints from clients,

- Any other work, which might be needed for her role related to payments, admin, office coordination.
