We are looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO
We are looking for a highly competent individual to be based out of Bangalore to provide personal assistance to the CEO.
This role mainly aims to free CEO's time from organising and administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on other strategic tasks. This role will be based out of Bangalore. The other key responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Manage CEO's calendar, organize meetings and appointments with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with Founders, Trustees, ExCo members, staff and external stakeholders in an extremely professional manner whenever required either through verbal or electronic communication.
* File and retrieve official records, documents and reports as and when required.
* Support the CEO research and conduct data to prepare necessary documents required for the meetings especially the external ones.
* Coordinate with the Admin department for all travel, transport and accommodation bookings for the CEO.
Required Candidate profile
What are we looking for in a Personal Assistant?
* Proven experience working as a personal assistant preferred.
* Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service and social skills.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
* Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
( Qualifications and Experience )
* A Graduate or a Post Graduate in any stream from an institute of high repute.
* At least 6-8 years of professional work experience in similar capacity.
