Job Description

Candidate should have experience in relevant field.
Well-groomed, smart, presentable female with excellent oral and written communication skills.
. A desired experience of 2-3yrs. the candidate will be required to manage and oversee the functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis... Knowledge of operating EPABX and computers is mandatory.
. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

. Handle petty cash, Voucher.

. Co-ordination with vendors for procurement, Invoices, Payments etc.

. Supervise overall maintenance of hygiene and administration in the office.

. Relevant Experience in Administration releved work would be an added advantage.
