We are looking for a talented, dynamic individual to lead our B2B sales in the North and East regions. From designing and executing regional sales strategies to developing and sustaining customer relationships, the individual will be responsible for our sales operations throughout Northern and Eastern markets. Since we- re the largest speciality coffee company in the country, this a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping coffee culture in India.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Driving B2B business growth in hotels, restaurants and cafes
- Quickly building strong relationships with new customers
- Responsibility for designing the group commercial strategy, along with the successful communication and delivery of the strategy.
- Responsible and accountable for developing and executing business strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the strategic plans.
- Maintaining and servicing existing customer relationships on an on-going basis
- Work with account support team to ensure a seamless customer experience on installation, training, and quality control
- Up-selling, cross-selling and negotiating prices with existing customers
- Driving entries into new verticals and new markets with existing customers
3-5+ years experience of sales excellence in the premium food and beverage or luxury industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly connect and build new relationship
- A deep appreciation for creating exceptional customer experiences and an appreciation for coffee
- Will be required to undergo a Barista training program for product and basic technical knowledge
