Will have to revert the emails of every customer.
Will have to take the initiative as and when required.
Will have the experience of the Service Coordination from any industry.
Communication skills to be excellent in written as well as in spoken form.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Will be responsible for managing the Service coordination responsibility of our Indian clients from the Noida Head Office.
Will have to schedule the Engineers on daily basis for the site of the customers.
Will have to prepare the Quotation, Proforma Invoice, MIS Reports.
Will have to do the payment follow-up, out of warranty reminders, new lead generation on weekly basis.
Will have to do the Internal as well as external coordination of material as and when required for Warranty/ AMC/ Medical customer.
Will have to maintain the good relationship with the customers.
