Job Description

Responsible for generating sales with existing customers anddeveloping opportunities with new customers.
Selling premium apartments to high net worth clients.
Make regular sales calls & meetings.
Communicate new project opportunities to existing and potentialclients.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with corporate clients, institutional clients, etc.
Communicating with site executives with regard to work progressand follow-ups.
Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets.
Build an accurate and effective database of current and potentialclients.
Identify key customer needs through formal research, survey,sales calls & meetings.
Identify potential clients and set up an appointment for next level call/ in-person meetings.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
