The group provides a broad array of consulting, digital, analytics, risk, change management and business process services to banks and financial services.
Desired Background /Qualifications
This role requires a senior consulting executive with a successful track record of client or practice level experience in the Banking and Financial Services segment for other Tier 1 organizations. He/she should understand the fundamentals of practice development, deepening client relationships, launching new offerings and presiding over the delivery of strategic programs. The ideal applicant should be experienced and conversant with the emerging business challenges facing C-level executives across the Commercial Banking l/ Auto Finance Landscape.
The Candidate should possess the following experience & characteristics:
Meaningful consulting and/or industry experience handling and delivering complex strategic programs.
Industry experience in one or more of the following segments: Auto Finance / Commercial Lending / Leasing, Equipment Finance, Alternative Business Lending, Commercial Banking
Solutions experience in one or more of the following Auto Finance / Commercial Lending areas:
Business Process Optimization, Credit & Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Loan Product, Commercial Lending Sales Process, Loan / Lease Origination Systems, Loan Servicing, Risk Management
Experience with industry-leading Core Loan Accounting Systems including Fidelity, Fiserv, etc.
Experience with Auto Lending Dealer Management Systems, DealerTrack, RouteOne etc.
Experience with industry-leading Commercial Loan Origination Systems (LOS') including nCino, Capitalstream, CreditQuest, WebEquity, and/or Sageworks desired
Experience in one or more of the following roles involved in the lifecycle stages of a auto loan / commercial line/loan:
Relationship Manager / Loan Officer - Sales, Qualification, and Structuring
Credit Analyst / Underwriter - Underwriting, Due Diligence
Credit Officer - Credit Review, Approval
Loan Closer - Loan Documentation, Closing, Boarding
Portfolio Manager / Servicer - Portfolio Management
Work effectively with Genpact s broader BFS Business Unit to partner on relevant opportunities and bring deep thought leadership and broad domain expertise to new and existing client relationships.
Build business relationships at executive levels within Genpact s account base to augment the typical client connections that the broader firm has cultivated.
Function as a consultative sales leader and maintain direct accountability for the success of all responsible engagements as judged on the following elements: client satisfaction, project goal achievement and development of long-term, institutionalized client relationships.
Help establish differentiated service offerings where the BFS practice can drive growth.
Shape first-class client solutions and help deliver winning proposals.
Employ mechanisms to keep team and company management abreast of practice performance while achieving specific revenue growth and profitability targets.
