Job description:CNC Lathe Machine Operator
Job Location - Satara , Maharashtra.
Semi-Skilled ( minimum 4 months experience )
Job Description :
* Set-up and Operate CNC Lathes.
* Prepare a trial to ensure that the finished part produces outputs in accordance with specifications.
* Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
* Manage tooling life, make adjustments, change offsets, and modify programs as needed.
* Manage the machines as they perform the task and do viably adjustable to generate better results. Examine and measure finished products and also compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed accurately.
* Maintaining, setting, and adjusting the machine.
* Perform in-process inspection as required to ensure 100% quality product.
Requirements :
* Proven experience of ( 4 - 6 months ) as a CNC operator, machine operator or other similar role in manufacturing.
* Excellent understanding of the use of CNC machinery.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.
* Pay attention to details on the floor.
Required Education :
10th - 12th / ITI / Any Graduation with relevant experience.
Salary :
18k CTC ( 14k In-hand )
Salary hike for experienced persons.
