Job position: CNC Machine Operator
Scope of responsibilities:
In general: Operating of CNC Machining center (system Siemens Sinumerik)
• The adjustment of the machine according to the production plan
• Measurement and statistical recording of data
• Machining of workpieces on machinery according to technological procedures, valid drawing documentation and work order
• Setting machinery, changing tools, arranging tools according to the relevant operating instructions
• Basic care of machinery (cleaning, regular monitoring) and reporting of machine malfunctions
Requirements for the candidate:
• Manual skill
• Patience
• Independence
• Precision
Ideally a technical education (work with technical drawings, measurements...)
Experience in the position/area: CNC Machine Operator
Working hours: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m., 2 p.m. – 10 p.m., 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.
Working days: Shifts / shifts organization:
1st option: from Monday to Friday (7,5 hours long shifts per day)
2nd option: 20 days x 7,5 hours/in one month (It is not fix from Monday to Friday, it can be for example from Thursday to Saturday)
Account period: Monthly salary payment
Contract termination period: from 1 to 2 months
Employment period: At the beginning time-limited contract for 1 year, then the possibility of extending the contract
Gross pay: 974 € fix + 28% variable wage = 1 246 €/brutto/monthly + plus bonuses for overtime work, for night work, for afternoon work, …..
In 1st option of work shifts: 974 € fix + 28% variable wage + bonuses for afternoon shift and night shift = 1 320 €/monthly/brutto
