Job description:- Should have the requisite experience of Decorative alkyd & resin manufacturing.
- Responsible to plan, supervise and coordinate overall operations of the unit to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Ensure that production and dispatch activities are carried out as per company business plan.
- Ensure that inventories are maintained at minimum levels
- Oversee all other support functions to achieve targeted production and productivity level with consistent quality.
- Liaoning with govt authorities, local administration and other external agencies for statutory compliances of the unit.
- Identify training and development needs for subordinates and employees in general.
