Job description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to the specified design or instructions.
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching to ensure plant health and growth.
Monitor and identify pests, diseases, and weeds, and take appropriate measures to control and prevent damage.
Conduct regular inspections to assess the overall health and appearance of plants, and take necessary actions to address any issues.
Maintain and operate gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
