Job description:we are hiring for Junior Architect Glue is looking to hire a Junior Architect cum Interior Design, Working in a cross functional environment, the candidate will be required to develop competence across the range of business functions. The Architect shall be responsible for the following:Design & Detail projects as per SOP provided.Meet the respective clients and should be able to understand their requirements.Drafting and Preparation of all working drawings.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;Ability to work independently and in a team environment;Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and problem solve;Ability to produce hand sketches, presentation materials, and generate construction documents;Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.Works with customers and Clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.Manage and interact with all the necessary agencies and vendors for the successful project execution and time bound completion.Required Candidate profileShould have knowledge and interest in interior DesignerShould be self-motivated, hardworking and possess excellent interpersonal skillsShould have good communication and negotiation skillsSuperior time management skills and strong attention to detailPositive attitude.
