Job description:LAND SURVEYOR 2 positions
1) total station surveyor
2) total station prisum boy
6 months to 2 year exp.
we are into Infra and construction work with a good experience and have delivered 3 projects in last few years, we are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of Building construction column marking, open land survey . Duties and responsibilities are mentioned as per job requirement.
• Conduct day to day layout and grading tasks in accordance to project design and ensure measurement of correct distances
• Planning and conducting Horizontal & Vertical controls of project site
• Total Station survey Building column marking levels and site survey.
• Take Level for Earthwork,
• Conduct field topographic survey pickups and troubleshoot survey layouts
• Mark and label survey points and record field data according to job specifications
• Supervise and provide guidance to field staff
• Report on survey results and present findings to management
• Prepare of daily, weekly, monthly reports on work progress and presenting to management.
• Coordinate field details, site inspections and liaise with field subcontractors / consultants and Project Manager
• Coordinate and assist with information distribution to management
• Maintain up to date and accurate as-built drawings
• Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
• Maintaining all the records of the project
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
1)Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
2)Salary: ₹10,000.00 per month.prisum boy
