Job description:Position Name ( Merchandiser )
Work Description
Working closely with buyers and Business Head to plan product delivery.
Monitor and Track the production and ensure shipments as per schedule.
Coordination with fabric suppliers, production team and track the orders.
Monitoring and Tracking Costs and Budgets.
Negotiating quantities and delivery on time-scales.
Supervising and training junior staff.
Managing levels and distribution of stock.
Handling supply/production problems as they arise.
Setting stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate
*Graduate with PG in Merchandising from a reputed Institute in Apparel Training.
*2-15 years of experience in Production/ Sampling Merchandising for woven's major and Knits.
*Mandatory experience of working in a EXPORT oriented Apparel Manufacturing Organisations
