Job description:Testing and troubleshooting (Need pure knowledge in the field of SMPS & Power supply (Adapters)§ Testing and Root cause analysis for failed electronics boards.§ Preparing test report.§ Debugging.§ Production supportReliability testing: Improve product quality in relation to power supplies by working with product teams in analyzing & and resolving issue from Reliability test. Specification Verification test of power supply and corrective action if required. Design Verification Test of SMPS which was design by R&D Team. Based on DVT test, advised design engineers on proper selection, testing and application of electronic components and systems. To ensure how much SMPS Reliable by testing of HALT-HASS, CMTBF, DMTBF,DFM,DFT,DFMEA Test. Conducted reliability testing including vibration & environmental test.Operating Different Chamber such as Tenney, Thermal for testing of SMPS and resolved issues of thermals.EMI EMC testing: Perform Conducted Emission and Radiated Emissiontesting. Surge Test on SMPS.Leakage and touch current test.SUPPORT Component Selection, BOM preparation for a new project. Other technical documentation like Product datasheet, test procedure, Specification. Serving as core member of projects, which involve detailed understanding of the project requirement and planning. Involved in all phases of Development Lifecycle. Handle all kind of instrument like DSO (digital storage oscilloscope), LCR meter, PowerMeter, Spectrum analyzer, power source, Thermal chamber, HI-Pot tester, Humidity chamber etc. Co-coordinating with production team, process team & Quality team for aesthetic improvement.
