Job description:To ensure validating the goods physical Vs invoice with the parameters like right MRP, Batch, expiry, composition, condition of products. English reading is must
To ensure inward the stock in to the system as per the invoice & recorded in the system for further finance activity Excel Knowledge is must
To ensure all the discrepancy stocks send back to the suppliers Excel Knowledge is must
Loading & unloading of goods Loader will be doing scanning job also
To ensure all GRN goods make their inventory live with the right product in the right location to maintain the 100% inventory accuracy. English reading is must
Ensuring inventory moving from reserve storage to primary storage, then onto picking locations.
Dispensing the correct medicine by checking the name, dose, dosage form, batch, quantity, pack size, long expiry and keep records of H1 and cold chain medicine.
Quality checking & ensuring reviewing the order picked by the picker and generating bills System Knowledge
Picking of products according customer cart English reading is must
keep tracking and adjusting the stock which were either cancelled or returned by the customer System Knowledge
Packing of the shipments as per invoice and shipping label English reading is must
Loading & unloading of goods Loader will be doing scanning job also
RCA of the complaint and keep tracking of the errors System Knowledge
This is the regular activity to make the inventory health better System Knowledge
& strong & to Improve operation efficiency
This is real time activity to find-out the issues faced by pickers items not found at the actual location & QCs Wrong batch, MRP issue, Expiry issues, etc. System Knowledge
Purchasing goods-JIT & BULK order for daily. System Knowledge
Managing goods movements from one vendor to another (Managing goods from vendors place to FC's) Need to have Licence
