Location: Delhi (Anand Parbat)
Job description:Key Functions & Responsibilities
Making the job card for complaints/service issues
Conducting road test (if required) to understand the issues in detail
Taking the vehicle inventory by way of visual inspection and including the remarks
Understanding history of complaints and getting approval on the work to be done
Estimating the cost of spare parts and labour and communicating the same to the customer
Inform the customer delivery time of vehicle
Capturing Job card details on the Data management system
Communication of the Job card details to the assigned technician
Ensuring vehicles are ready as per given time.
Informing the customer in case there is any delay /or if there are any additional cost
Overseeing final inspection of vehicles
Overseeing Post-service follow up & confirmation of appointments
Minimum Qualification/eligibility
- Technical graduate / undergraduate with technical qualification ( eg ITI)
- Driving license holder
- Good in communication
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in automobiles
Expected Salary
CTC – Rs 15,500/- per month,
